We have a sales app that helps you analyze, manage, track, and compute all activities in your business.
Our application has strong security. Users must sign up and create accounts before accessing business data. It also supports multiple users with different security levels managed by the admin.
After signup, only registered users can log in using correct credentials. This makes the system safe and trusted for businesses.
After registration, you must first add products to the system before making any sales. You can add them one by one or import them from Excel. Remember: the price field must contain selling price, not cost price, since sales depend on it. For Excel import, use a file with at least 3 rows. The first row must contain exactly "Product name", "min qty", "price". Then click or tap the import button to start the process.
After adding products, stock in the products you have with their actual quantity and cost price. Just type any character in the product name and select the correct product. It has a type-as-you-search feature.
Once all the above steps are completed, your sales app is ready for sales.
Like stocking in, sales are also captured by searching for products. Results filter based on what you type.
This app has a point of sales(POS) Receipt which is headed by your own company name and logo. issuing receipts to your customers is fun. Note that adding your own information is done from the admin page of the sales app.
When a product reaches or falls below the minimum quantity, you will get a warning alert whenever you open the main menu page.
At the end of the day, monitor your performance. All sales, purchases, expenses, other income, and closing balance are available in one place with just one tap.
Atuo update of opening balance. Current closing will be the opening balance for the next day you operate your business.
You can as well capture All expenses and other income for smooth monitoring of your business.
