What We Offer
We have a sales app that can help you analyse, manage, track, and compute all activities done in your business.
Our application has strong security where users first sign up and create accounts before accessing business data. It also supports multiple users with different security levels managed by the admin.
After signup, only registered users can login using correct credentials, making the system safe and trusted for businesses.
After registration, You then have to first add products into the system before making any sale. you may do this by adding them one by one or import them from excel. Remember price field has to contain selling price not cost price since sales depends on it. Importing from excel needs an excel file stored on your system and it has alteast 3 rows with the first fields containing exactly "Product name", "min qty","price". You will then click or tap on import button for the process to start.
After adding products, You then need to stockin products you have with their actual quality and cost price. What you have to do is to type any character with in the product name and select the actual product. It has type as you search feature.
When All the above processes are completed, your sales app will be ready for sales.
Like Stocking in, Even sales are captured by searching the products as the results filters basing on what you enter.
Whenever the product reaches or is less than the minimum quantity, you will get an annoying alert whenever you go to main menu page.
At the end of the day, you will monitor your day's performance. All sales, Purchases, Expenses, other income, and closing balance, your actual balance, will be in one place with just one tap.
